A well designed 1950’s production home built in the style of an English Cottage. Untouched since, this complete interior reimagining will stay true to the tones and textures of its inspiration architecture. Along with the addition of a discreet second story this renovation will bring new life to a classic home.

The existing character will be retained while interiors will be reorganized for modern living. The original roofline and massing will be kept to retain the character of this beloved Houston neighborhood.

Interiors use natural, durable materials in a simple, restrained palette.
